The Main Hall at Woburn House accommodates up to 160 delegates theatre style, and can be arranged in a variety of styles. The Hall's extensive audio visual facilities make it ideal for presentations and larger meetings.

The furniture arrangements detailed are the standard layouts. They may be varied according to your needs but must comply with Health and Safety Regulations.
The Bookings Team are available to assist with planning these arrangements.
Equipment provided
- Lectern with PC, LCD projector, 3m x 2.2m projection screen, DVD player, VHS player and Freeview TV
- PA system with one lectern microphone, three static microphones for the top table, two roving microphones and one lapel microphone
- An induction loop (T system) is available for delegates with hearing difficulties
- Wireless internet connection
All AV equipment with support of our AV Technician is £150+VAT.
Catering
We provide a full range of hot and cold fork buffets to suit all requirements and budgets. Refreshment breaks and lunch can be served at requested times to suit your agenda. Our high level of service delivery also includes providing special dietary options on request prior to your event. Our catering provider bartlett mitchell, have dedicated staff to liaise with you on the day to ensure you receive a high quality professional service.
